Meals within "A Month of Meals"

One of the comments from the last post asked if I had any plans to put some sample pages from A Month of Meals (my eBook on meal planning) on this blog. I think that is a great idea! I will go ahead and start with the list of meals that are planned out within the month. The meal plans are all about how they are put together - in a way that saves time at the grocery store and money in your wallet. Also included are shopping list, a list of staples, recipe cards, etc. For those who would like to know more about the eBook, there is more information here.

I have also tossed around the idea of posting my own weekly shopping list and list of meals for the week. It would just be meals we'll be having, not recipes and all. The meals would use the exact recipes found in the eBook. Currently we are shopping at Shop Rite and using their deals each week. So, the list would include sale items, but wouldn't take into account any coupons you may have. The goal would be to keep everything under $200/month. Anyway, just a thought. Let me know if you have thoughts on that thought :).

Ok, so the following is the list of meals you will have over the month
